Holistic Healthcare: McMillan's Coffee Morning

Today, Holistic Healthcare Bedford, in partnership with Holistic Healthcare Cambridge, hosted a warm and successful event in support of the McMillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning. This beloved annual event took place at The Knowledge Center, Wyboston Lake, Bedford, creating an ideal setting for a community gathering despite the overcast English autumn weather—a perfect day for a cozy cup of tea.

Holistic Healthcare Bedford ensured the tables were generously stocked with snacks, offering office-goers an enticing selection of biscuits, cakes, and other treats to accompany their coffee breaks. The snacks were well-received, and it was clear that the team had gone the extra mile to ensure a delightful spread for everyone in the building.

One of the most heartwarming sights of the day was the little McMillan donation box, which steadily filled as people generously contributed to the charity. As a sign of support for the cause, The Knowledge Center management even made a kind gesture, offering free-flowing coffee from their machines throughout the day.

By the end of the event, nearly everyone in the building had participated, enjoying the snacks and the camaraderie. The once-heaped plates were nearly empty, and the donation box was impressively full—a testament to the community spirit and generosity of everyone involved.
